Overview: Rio Secco Golf Club
provides a world-class golf experience.
The 18-hole, championship course is
designed primarily for guests of the
Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino
and Harrah´s
and is located just 12 minutes south
of the Las Vegas Strip. Their
2000 square foot Pro Shop already
possessed a reputation for quality
when we were hired to further enhance
it. Fusion assisted in the design
of the new floor plan for the pro
shop so that it took better advantage
of the space and matched key vendors
in the industry to the demographics
of the resort. This design complemented
the overall strategic plan developed
by Willy Choma of WPC Retail Consulting.
Following approval
of the design, Fusion built the new
fixtures and displays for every vendor
who has product in the store.
Overall
Result: Not only is the shop
beautiful but it has proven to be
a major success as well. Since the
renovation was completed in December
2005, Rio Secco Golf Club
has enjoyed a significant increase
in revenue per round each and every
month.
